Larry Bell opened The Bell Pipe and Tobacco Shop in 1961 where he sold fishing licenses, greeting cards, cigarettes, and machine made cigars. Larry owned the shop for many years and when he retired his son took over the business. Mark and Betty bought the business from Larry's son and owned the store for a number of years. In 2009 Otis purchased the shop from Mark and Betty.

 

The Bell Pipe and Tobacco Shop went from selling fishing licenses, greeting cards, and cigarettes to having the finest hand rolled cigars and a walk in humidor dedicated to an extensive stock of premium cigars.  We are proud of the progress we have made and are happily one of the longest standing businesses in the heart of Missoula.
